FAQs Return ProcessHow much time do I have to start a return process?
- You have up to 45 days to start the return process by placing a return authorization.
- Fulfilling our return form with all information needed and requested, Click here to complete the return authorization or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return.
- Once we receive your return authorization form we will create a prepaid return label which will be sent back to you along with further instructions on how to make your return.
- You have 30 days to use the return label. Following the 30 days the return label authorization will be cancelled.
- After the package is received we will process your refund. We try to process refunds immediately, however, due to COVID-19 this may take up to 15 days to process.
- All products are eligible for returns, except products classified as Protective Wear category or SALE items.
- All return requests are accepted within the next 45 days after the product is received.
- For all orders over $50 USD, all shipping costs on return requests will be assumed by Maaji.
- All return requests must be made by fulfilling return form (click here) or sending an email to email@example.com
- Unfortunately we are unable to make exchanges, however, you may return your product and place a new order.
- Products bought under a special discount (such as our Sale category or our Happy Hour event) are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
- For orders under $50 USD, original shipping charges will be refunded if there is an issue with quality or delivery.
- All returned items must be unused, unstained, damaged free, unworn and unwashed, with all sales tags and hygienic protectors as received.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
