• Do I have to pay for the return?
No. We offer free returns in the cases applicable.
• How much time do I have to request a return?
After your order is delivered, you have up to 30 days to request a return.
For items listed in SALE:
• For the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada: you have up to 5 days to request a return. No exceptions. All refunds for items listed in SALE will be issued in a Gift Card as a refund method.
• For other territories: For products located in the sale section or that have any discount do not have exchanges or returns except for warranty. No exceptions.
• How do I start a return process?

Returns by Mail with Happy Returns: only applicable for the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada
• You can also process your return by mail with Happy Returns. Simply enter our Return Portal with your order number and your zip code.
• Select the items you'd like to return by specifying the reasons they didn't work out.
• Select your preferred refund method: Original Payment Method or Gift Card.
• Print the prepaid shipping label provided by Happy Returns and mail in your return package.
• Please consider the refund process can take up to 15 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.

• All returned items must be unused, unstained, damaged free, and unwashed, with all sales tags and hygienic protectors, as received.
• After your order is delivered, you have up to 30 days to request a return.
