  • Our estimated delivery time depends on the region: 
    - USA & Canada: 4-7 business days
    LATAM & Europe: 8-12 business days
    - Australia, Asia & Africa: 12-15 business days

    FAQs Return Process

    • Do I have to pay for the return? 
      No. We offer free returns in all orders.

    • How much time do I have to request a return? 
      After your order is delivered, you have up to 45 days to request a return. No exceptions.

    • How do I start a return process?

      Happy Returns Bars
      • All eligible returns are accepted at Happy Returns Bars. These in-person returns are free and will not be charged a shipping label fee, either. A refund will be immediately processed upon return.

      • Select the items you'd like to return by specifying the reasons they didn't work out.
      • Choose to make your return at the nearest Happy Returns Bar
      • Happy Returns will email you a QR code to show at your nearest Happy Returns Bar. Without a code, they will not be able to accept your return, so please be sure to set up the return before heading to Happy Returns and bring your QR code with you.

      Returns by Mail with Happy Returns

      • You can also process your return by mail with Happy Returns. Simply enter our Return Portal with your order number and your zip code.
      • Select the items you'd like to return by specifying the reasons they didn't work out.
      • Select your preferred refund method: Original Payment Method or Gift Card.
      • Print the prepaid shipping label provided by Happy Returns and mail in your return package.
      • Please consider the refund process can take up to 15 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.

      Please keep in mind that In-person and mail returns are only available in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. For returns from different territories, please contact our Customer Service team at help@maaji.co.

      Please note that all returned items must be unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all sales tags and hygienic protectors.  No shipping boxes or mailer envelopes are needed for Happy Returns Bar returns.   

      All returned items accepted by Happy Returns Bars are shipped to a Happy Returns regional hub in reusable shipping containers. These returns are then processed and shipped in bulk back to Maaji in reusable containers. This return process greatly reduces the carbon footprint associated with shipping back individual return packages. Each cardboard-free return reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 0.12 lbs per item returned. You can read more about Happy Returns and sustainability here.

    • How much time do I have to use the return label? 
      You have up to 30 days to use the return label. After this period, the return label authorization will be cancelled, and the return will not be accepted. No exceptions.

    • When will I get my refund? 
      If your return is processed via a Happy Returns Return Bar, you will receive your refund inmediately. If your return was made by mail, the refund can take up to 15 business days to get processed after the package is received. You will be notified via email once it’s done.

      If you request your refund in a Gift Card, this one will be issued immediately.

    Return Policy

    • All returned items must be unused, unstained, damaged free, unwashed, with all sales tags and hygienic protectors.

    • All Maaji products are eligible for returns, except  the ones bought under SALE category, Happy Hour, or Protective Wear for personal use (such as facemasks, balaclavas, turban, tube scarf, masked hoodie or scarf).

    • After the order is delivered, you have up to 45 days to request the return. No exceptions.

    • All return requests must be made by fulfilling the return form, click here. 

    • Once the pre-paid label is provided, you have up to 15 days to ship the return, otherwise the label will be cancelled, and the return will not be accepted. No exceptions.

    • Shipping costs on returns will be assumed by Maaji.

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges. However, you may return your product and place a new order.

    • Original shipping charges will Only be refunded if there is a quality or delivery issue.

    • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, except for cases when a client asks for a Gift Card as refund method.
